A properly designed recognition process can effectively motivate people to change behaviors and achieve desired results. It is very important to identify the best specific approach for your organization. What worked for another company or division in your organization may not fit the current culture.

We will work with you to create a recognition process that really makes recipients feel valued for their contributions. We can use your existing design or we can create an entire recognition or award process. This can include providing the actual award or recognition items through a series of high quality vendors that work with us.

Designing a recognition process that fits is one of the key ingredients of any employee involvement program. Improper recognition can actually demotivate people. Proper selection of a recognition or award process is crucial for success.

Our approach includes:
We typically start with on-site meetings using focus groups or other approaches to identify a baseline for the organization.
Next, we work with a lock task force or team to work out several concepts. Key issues will be: budgets, mnemonic benefit, employee perceptions, desired behavior changes, and other outcomes.
These concepts are taken back to employee and management groups for review with a final candidate selected from the process.
A final proposal is written up with several award/recognition vendor bids included (as needed).
We can even manage the process or setup the award vendor to handle it. You can also manage it internally with our SIM software.

An experienced outside resource like TQS supports you by reducing benchmarking costs, facilitating crucial focus group meetings (where an insider may not be appropriate) and using industry knowledge to select the appropriate recognition items.
