	Data Entry - Our staff will manage the receipt of data via paper or electronically. We normally host an internet WEB site for entry of ideas globally
	Tracking Open Ideas - We will follow-up on incomplete ideas and work with evaluators or expert analysts to get ideas closed out and log the information into the software tracking system.
	Running Reports - Standard or ad-hoc reports can be run and sent via courier or e-mailed to you.
	Promotional Activities - Videos, posters, newsletters, and other promotional materials can be created. A portal page of your idea system can be maintained by our staff or you manage that aspect and ensure it properly links to any pages we manage related to idea activities.
	Managing Awards - We can handle processing of awards and recognition to participants. We can work with your payroll department, an award vendor you work with or one we select to provide the appropriate thank you to participants.

Award & Recognition - We can fulfill your award needs directly and provide software generated reports. Awards could include: general merchandise, gift certificates, plaques, or imprinted gifts. We support: points programs, idea systems, service awards, safety programs, recognition processes, etc.
