Small-mid sized organizations may be better served by SIM-Integrated Idea Management (Version 6.6). This is available for single computer, network and web-based solutions.
SIM also supports links with e-mail and the Team Effectiveness Assessment module.

Sim.net Enterprise (VERSION 8.0)
We created a completely new product specifically designed for large multi-site organizations to manage their employee involvement activities globally. We used our deep knowledge of employee involvement along with significant customer research to come up with the best practice solution manage ideas, recognition, teaming, corrective action and safety programs in your organization.
Supports multiple database types - SQL Server, Oracle, and MSDE.
Integrated e-mail system.
The user interface was completely redesigned based on extensive research of what employee involvement professionals need in the new millennium. It uses a web based on-line module for all users: administrators, submitters, team leaders, facilitators, evaluators, managers, and local coordinators. It has just the right amount of features so training time is limited for these less frequent users.
Savings, costs and award calculation sheets are tailored to fit your process (custom payout can be integrated).
Completely new interactive reporting system with enhanced query options. Every query or report can be stored and custom reports can be created using Crystal Reports or other customer specified reporting tools.
Three tier, 32 bit application.
Software functionality can be defined by each user, group, facility or division meaning each location can have their own 'look'. Multiple programs can be easily managed in a single central database - suggestions, continuous improvement, cost reductions, corrective actions, safety, teaming, and recognition. For instance, each facility can have data entry forms to fit their needs and they can additionally manage multiple programs in the same central database (each with their own separate entry forms).
Compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT & XP operating systems.

SIM-Administrator ENTERPRISE (VERSION 7.0)
This is a complete re-design of our SIM-Administrator module version 6.6. It is designed for large multi-site organizations to manage their employee involvement activities globally via a central or decentralized approach. People using this system would be administrators, local coordinators or representatives. For a fully on-line enterprise solution for access by a wider range of participants, we recommend Sim.net 8.0. NEW FEATURES IN SIM-INTEGRATED IDEA MANAGEMENT VERSION 6.5
Automated graphing using direct link to Microsoft Excel.
Enhanced reports allow you to better manage your idea or recognition processes. Reports can be exported to HTML for posting on a web site or e-mailing information.
Raffle feature has added features to support special campaigns for your process.
Key SIM reports have their setup information stored - simplifying re-running reports. This feature can be automated.
New merge letter feature that directly creates merge letters in Microsoft Word using Office automation.
New cost and savings calculation sheet to manage a wider range of costing information for each idea. This is fully linked to SIM-Net.
Improved attachment feature links most common images and Microsoft Office documents.
Added additional automation features to the Admin and SIM-Net modules to streamline your work load

NEW FEATURES IN SIM-INTEGRATED IDEA MANAGEMENT VERSION 6.4
32 bit version. A 16 bit version is also supported for customers requiring that platform (both versions use the same database).
The main entry form was redesigned to make data entry even easier. The decision date, implementation date and idea type can now be selected from the main form.
When entering submitters on the main form, it will optionally show selected people that are first time submitters for the current fiscal year.
The setup for tracking or routing was completely revamped to allow a wide range of flexibility in defining different tracking roles (e.g. evaluators and implementors). This includes specific selection lists for each role and various routing options.
New optional eligibility option allows participation to be measured by department as it relates to the date range selected. It also is used to determine who is eligible for awards by their status at a specific date
Enhanced award split pay out features.
Participation summary report had several improvements including beginning balances and the ability to calculate participation on a range of options.
Manager status report had several improvements including an overall score for evaluators.
Employee participation report had new features for selecting minimum number of submitters, primary submitters, sort options and raffle enhancements. The report results can be linked to e-mail if the SIM-MAIL module is loaded.
Utilities to close out open points for a terminated employee and move open evaluators from one person to another.

NEW FEATURES IN SIM-INTEGRATED IDEA MANAGEMENT VERSION 6.3
The software is Y2K compliant.
Master department list that ties to the manager/building and entry screens to allow for better management departments
Automatic feature that will spell check, send letters, or run other SIM functions based on specific criteria you define (e.g. spell checking could be run on the main form automatically each time a change is made or a specific letter could be sent if an idea is implemented).
Integrated query feature that links the text, keyword and traditional date based searches into one screen.
Improved actual and estimated costing calculations.
The participation summary report has been completely rewritten to allow comparison of data by different types of periods (e.g. weekly, monthly, and annual). Other improved reports include the evaluator status and employee points listing reports.
