This section reviews in detail our
SIM-Integrated Idea Management
software product line. Our easy to use software is designed to reflect
your needs for a best-practice quality improvement processes or
recognition efforts.
The software easily adapts to meet the process and operating style you
use for employee involvement. This includes teams, recognition, corrective
actions and employee ideas. You can also choose to use our flexible
off-the-shelf software or have Total Quality Systems (TQS) custom design a
process for you.

For an idea based process such as a suggestion system, each idea is logged with:

The participant names. |

Text information about the idea. |

Department or cost center information to link it to management. |
 |
Categorizing the idea using keywords (sort fields). For instance, there could
be three keyword groups: product, process and strategy. Using the keywords
allows SIM to find related ideas and duplicate items. |

SIM provides powerful and unique information on the costs involved, the sources
of the errors, the sources of solutions, savings generated and other key data.
This allows management to make appropriate decisions based on SIM reports. |

These ideas can be routed via paper forms. You can go paperless and allow users
to directly enter on-line their ideas using our
SIM-Net web-based or SIM-Easy software. In this approach kiosks could be used. |

Participants can be notified via printed mail merge letters or automated
e-mails created by SIM. |

Status information can be provided to management via a wide range of reports
and graphs. These can be printed or e-mailed to recipients. |

All SIM 6 products have been discontinued and replaced by the completely new SimNet 8. We are happy the SIM 6 product-line served customers for over a decade and equally proud of our new product line. This includes: SIM-Admin, SIM-Basic, SIM-Easy, SIM-Mail and SIM-Net versions 6.6. |
