	One day preparing a report of findings. This will be compared against 'best practice' organizations that Total Quality Systems has benchmarked as well as our research into current trends in Idea Management. This report will include recommendations for changes. You can then implement the changes yourself or we can work with you (we will at your request, provide a quotation).
	Up to four hours of telephone consulting support for one calendar year. You can call in with specific questions about your process and one of our experts will help you with the answers.
	15% discount on any training courses offered by Total Quality Systems for one calendar year.
	One TEAM assessment for a single team or an MLS assessment for a single manager.
