SOFTWARE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
For new purchases of SIM (this does not include upgrades) we offer an initial 90 days of free support.
Customer support is offered via telephone, e-mail, or web meetings (we use WebEx but can use your meeting tool as well).
Telephone support is available by calling our main line, (928) 527-0002. An active support contract is needed. Sales or upgrade inquiries are not charged.
SUPPORT CONTRACTS
Normally, customers purchase an annual support contract which includes free upgrades to the SimNet 8 software platform.
Upgrades to future major releases of SimNet (e.g. SimNet 9) are not included in teh support contract. Annual support contracts as well as
on-site support are available, please contact TQS for further information.
