SOFTWARE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

For new purchases of SIM (this does not include upgrades) we offer an initial 90 days of free support.

Customer support is offered via telephone or by internet e-mail. We can also dial into customer systems using a modem. We support Symantec PC Anywhere, though other remote access software can be used if provided by the customer. Telephone support is available by calling our main line, (928) 527-0002. An active support contract is needed or we will bill by the minute (a credit card number will be needed for the latter). Sales or upgrade inquiries are not charged.


SUPPORT CONTRACTS

Normally, customers purchase an annual support contract which includes free upgrades to the SIM software platform they are on (site license customers may have different upgrade policies). Annual support contracts as well as on-site support are available, please contact TQS for further information.
