SimNet 8 is a client/server management solution to your employee involvement needs that is browser-based. It supports sending emails via an email server. It can be integrated with other web portal pages and can import HR data to manage a user base.

It uses client/server databases and can manage multiple employee involvement processes (ideas, teaming, corrective actions?) in a central database with multiple facilities sharing that database.
