5th EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT FORUM
Memphis, Tennesse - Date to be announced |
 |
Based on the successes of the four previous forums in Las Vegas,
San Diego, Tucson and Flagstaff, next year's event will be held in Memphis,
Tennessee. Memphis is known for its wonderful hospitality, vibrant rock and
blues music venues, historic Beale street and stellar barbeque.
Attendees at the event have included: BIC, BAE Systems, City of Mesa, City of
Tucson, Delphi, Haworth, Holsum Bakery, Lockheed Martin Vought Systems, Parker
Abex NWL, Subaru-Izuzu Automotive, Toledo Metroparks and Union Pacific
Railroad.
Do you want to share your successes and learn about new ways of making your
suggestion system or other employee involvement process work better? Next
spring, we invite you to a unique two-day opportunity to find out what's
happening worldwide in employee involvement and directly relate it back to your
program. It will be a highly interactive event designed to be interesting and a
great learning experience.
The Employee Involvement Forum concept evolved from our customers' need for a
new way of gaining and sharing knowledge in the areas of suggestions and
employee involvement. Traditional conferences, training sessions, and
networking/benchmarking weren't enough. By bringing a broad group of people
together in a facilitated environment, our goal is to create a truly dynamic
learning opportunity. The event is designed to be flexible and adaptive - so we
can meet attendees' needs. If at some point during the sessions, a certain part
of the group needs to work on a different task than planned, additional
facilitators will be available to split that group off to work independently on
what is important to them.
We truly feel you will benefit from the event as people are coming to try to
get out of the box and look at new options. The passion behind some of these
people when we discuss the concept and those that attended the 2003 event is
incredible. We have not seen this level of energy for a traditional training
event or conference in some time. |

Case StudyTM presentation at our 2003 Forum in Tucson, Arizona. |
 |
Here is what one attendee said about the event:
|
"The TQS Employee Involvement Forum was
ideal because it provided an opportunity to openly discuss many different types
of programs and develop a cross-section of innovative ideas for improvement. It
was not the traditional training seminar, which gives an overview of a topic
but does not delve into the heart of the matter. The Forum reached out to all
attendees, giving them extensive knowledge on real world issues of employee
involvement that we deal with everyday. It was excellent!" |
This highly interactive event is intended for managers,
administrators, and champions working with suggestion systems, continuous
improvement, teaming, recognition or other areas of employee involvement.
Registration is $675 (discounts for advance registration and organizations
presenting a live case study). There will be three scheduled Live Case
StudiesTM - if you wish to present a case study please contact us for an
application. Based on feedback from previous forums, we will limit the size of
the event to allow for higher levels of participation. |
